Who we are
CMC Certus Management Consultants Ltd is a corporate advisory firm based in Larnaka, specialising in the cross-border structuring of wealth and companies with a Cyprus connection. Under the brand CMC Multi Family Office Cyprus we bring tax, law, wealth structure and succession together into holistic guidance – with real substance on the ground.
Since our founding in 2010 we have supported more than 800+ clients. Over more than 15+ years this has grown into a well-rehearsed interplay of tax structuring, legal implementation and long-term support – across several jurisdictions and always with a fixed point of contact at your side.
Florian Wilk, Director
As Director, Florian Wilk leads CMC Certus Management Consultants Ltd and is the first point of contact for many clients. He is responsible for the strategic direction of mandates, coordinates the technical team and the cooperation with lawyers, banks and local authorities, and ensures that individual building blocks come together into one coherent overall structure.
The technical tax and structural work on mandates rests with the CMC team and the cooperating law firms. Florian Wilk sees himself as an entrepreneur and coordinator who paves the practical way to Cyprus for clients – from the first assessment through implementation to ongoing support.
He is happy to answer personal correspondence directly – clear, reliable and without detours.
